On the weekends of Mat 18th and May 25th, Stephen M. worked on and completed his Eagle project, with a great deal of help from his fellow scouts! Stephen's plan was to backfill an existing erosion control project and replace nativce and decorative plants, on a sectiom of the shoreline at Takapusha Pond. Stephen solicited plants from various local nurseries (Broadway Nursery in Massapequa, and London Nursery in East Massapequa), Secured clean fill and storm fencing from the town of Hempstead, and put the troop to work.
